9 THINGS TO CONSIDER AS YOU CHOOSE A LIFEWAVE SPONSOR & TEAM
Point #9 Might Be The Most Important!
by Gretchen Uhe, Independent LifeWave Distributor
Here’s our list of things to think about as you select a LifeWave sponsor and team. Read to the bottom. #9 might be the most important point!
1)Is the team’s mission the same as yours?
“Our mission is to maximize human potential, giving people around the globe the ability to live long and live well. Our technologies offer freedom from pain, natural energy, restful sleep, dramatic anti-aging benefits, and protection from harmful radiation. Our business offers an unparalleled opportunity, freeing yourself from the mundane by taking control of your life and future now.” – LifeWave Mission Statement
Pulsar Patching Team members are from all parts of the world and come from all backgrounds. What we have in common is that we love serving others and truly believe in LifeWave’s mission.
2) Is there leadership on the team that is doing the business full-time? Is there always someone you can reach if you need help or need to do a spur-of-the-moment 3-way call? Team Pulsar’s lead distributor is Gretchen Uhe. She has been with LifeWave since 2011. Since all of her kids are now adults, she is working full-time hours sharing LifeWave and supporting her team. Another cool thing about Team Pulsar is that Dr. Karen Kan, M.D. (since she is Gretchen’s sponsor) is willing to do 4-way calls when wellness symptoms are complex. And Jim Loreto is also a full-time time LifeWave leader who works with our team. Besides those three highly dedicated leaders who are always willing to help, we have some HIGHLY dedicated part-time LifeWave distributors who use their early mornings and evenings to serve their customers and distributors. You will ALWAYS be able to get help if you need it!
3) Does the team offer valuable resources, documents and training that go beyond what corporate offers? Team Pulsar has incredible resources. Plus, because the team is a branch of Dr. Karen Kan’s PATCH TRAINING TEAM, the team also has access to all of Patch Training Team’s resources (includes access to a private FB group where team members can post questions and get responses from Dr. Karen and other experts on our team, plus there are private recorded trainings, welcome letter templates and more). It doesn’t get any better than that!
4) Does the team understand your goals and offer advice for how to achieve them? All too often, network marketing leaders “push” their people who don’t want that sort of pressure. We don’t all have the same goals, and that is to be expected. Team Pulsar members really love the LifeWave products; some members only want to use them for personal use and others want to turn these products into a revenue generator. If you want to create financial freedom and spend more time at home with those you love while working online, we’re ready to help you. We’ll meet you where you are at!
5) Does the team do one-on-one and group trainings to give you the education you need to succeed? You deserve support as you begin sharing LifeWave products. This is a team effort! Team Pulsar works both individually with its business builders and in group settings to make sure members are ready to share LifeWave and do so in a non-salesy manner.
6) Are there weekly testimonial Zoom meetings and check-in meetings to help keep you motivated and “on track”? If you are wanting to share these products with others, it behooves distributors to regularly attend meetings with their team. You’ll want to join a team where you’ll frequently hear product testimonials, success stories, and get questions answered regarding challenges. And once you attend some team meetings, you’ll get momentum and drive, ready to share your passion for LifeWave products with others. Team Pulsar offers support meetings via Zoom 4 days per week (M-Th).
7) Does the team help generate leads for their members who want to do the business? Even if you never intend to “do the business”, if you happen to change your mind down the road, you want to place yourself on a team that is trying their best to generate leads for its members. That’s why the PulsarPatchingTeam website was created. Team Pulsar is proactive in trying to send leads to members who are also independently putting forth effort to build their businesses and actively participating on team Zoom calls.
8) Is the team leadership ethical and genuine? At LifeWave, we are so fortunate to have David Schmidt as the founder, inventor and CEO. He exudes integrity. You should have that same sort of integrity in your team leaders. Team Pulsar is led by Gretchen Uhe, Pam Nelson and Liza Ford – who have been described as “salt of the earth” personalities. They take a “service” approach to supporting their LifeWave customers and distributors.
9) Do you genuinely “like” the leadership of the team? Are the personalities a good fit for you? You may spend a lot of time on Zoom meetings, and down the road even meet these folks in-person at conventions. Make sure you feel loved and comfortable interacting with the team. Contact a Team Pulsar leader, ask some questions and get a feel for their vibe. You owe it to yourself to enjoy the company of your LifeWave sponsor.
